Cost Control:

• Monitor and control food, beverage and other operational costs.
• Conduct daily and monthly cost control procedures and prepare relevant reports.
• Monitor inventory movements, consumption and variances.
• Participate in monthly inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Analyze cost variances and identify discrepancies.
• Work closely with the F&B, Purchasing, Stores and Finance teams to ensure accurate cost control.
• Maintain accurate records
